This is the U.S. Army Cadet Corps Portal - essentially the electronic Charge of Quarters (CQ) Desk for the Corps of Cadets.  The USAC Portal is the central hub for information regarding Annual Training preparation and execution; activities within the Corps, both nationally and locally; publications, forms and other required documents, and access to CADTRAK, our personnel management system.
