Donations and Support
The U.S. Army Cadet Corps does not receive any federal funding at this time. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated. Charitable donations can be sent by check to HQ, USAC at the following address: USAC National Headquarters P.O. Box 277 Millersburg, KY 40348 The U.S. Army Cadet Corps, Inc. is a non-profit youth educational organization as described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code of 1954 . As such, the USAC has been granted tax exempt status by an IRS Ruling Letter. Accordingly, contributions made to HQ, USAC may be claimed as a charitable contribution. Further, personal expenses of individuals serving in, or providing services to, the USAC (cost of uniforms, travel expenses, etc.) may be tax deductible. Unit level donations over $1,000 must be made to HQ, USAC and then forwarded to the unit. If this process is not followed, the donation may not be eligible for a tax deduction. Units may not apply for 501(c)(3) status, apart from HQ, USAC.
